PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 114. Injustice to wife.
A person who is unduly unjust to his wife or wives according to Hukum Syarak is guilty of an offence under this Enactment and may, on conviction, be liable to an imprisonment for a term not exceeding two months or to a fine not exceeding three hundred ringgit or both.
