Section 102. Certificate of Conversion to Islam.
(1) The Registrar shall furnish every person who embraced Islam and has been registered with a Certificate of Conversion to Islam.
(2) A Certificate of Conversion to Islam shall be conclusive proof of the matters contained therein.
