Section 135. Matters not provided for.
In matters of practice and procedure in civil proceedings, not expressly provided for in this Enactment or any rules made thereunder, the Court shall have regard to the avoidance of injustice and the convenient despatch of business and may have regard to the practice and procedure obtaining in the Magistrate's Courts in civil proceedings.
