PART VII - HADHANAH
Section 75. Orders subject to conditions.
(1) Subject to any conditions which the Court may deem fit to impose an order of hadhanah shall confer rights on the guardian to decide on all matters connected with the upbringing and education of the child.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-section (1) an order of hadhanah may-
(a) contain conditions relating to the place of residence of the child, the nature of his upbringing and his religious education;
(b) provide that the child be placed temporarily in the care and management of some other person other than the guardian;
(c) provide that the child may visit the mother or father who has not the hadhanah of the said child or any relation of the deceased mother or father who was not given the custody of the child at such times or period as the Court deems reasonable;
(d) provide that the mother or father of the child who has not the hadhanah of the child or any relation of the deceased mother or father who was not given the hadhanah of the child has the right to see him at such times or periods as the Court deems reasonable; or
(e) prohibit the person who has the hadhanah of the child from taking the child out of Malaysia.
(3) An order of hadhanah shall take effect after seven days from the date it is made.
