PART XVII - AFFIDAVITS
Section 111. Exhibits.
(1) Every exhibit to an affidavit shall be marked by the person.............................the oath as follows :
"This is the exhibit ,marked"..........................................." refered to in an affidavit of .......................................sworn before me this ............................day of................19...................".
(2) Every exhibits shall remain in the custody of the person who administer the oath unless the Court shall otherwise order.
