PART VII - OFFENCES
Section 101. Wilful neglect of duty.
Any person who is charged by this Enactment to perform any duty, refuses or wilfully neglects to perform such duty or wilfully performs such duty contrary to any provision of this Enactment shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or both.
