PART III - COURT OF APPEAL
Section 15. Appellate jurisdiction.
(1) Subject to this Enactment or any other written law regulating the conduct and procedures by which appeals may be brought, the Court of Appeal shall have jurisdiction to determine any appeal against any decision or order made by any Court of Kadi.
(2) In addition to the powers conferred upon it by this Enactment or any other written law, the Court of Appeal shall also have the power, if it appears desirable in the interests of justice, to hear and determine any appeal which has not been validly made under the provisions of any law.
