Section 20. Enticing a woman

Any person who entices or includes or persuades a woman to run away from the custody of her parents or guardian shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
