ISLAMIC FAMILY ENACTMENT 1979
PART II - MARRIAGE
Section 5. Person who may contract a marriage.
A marriage solemnized under this Enactment shall be by-
(a) a wall in the presence of the Registrar;
(b) a representative of the wali in the presence of and with the consent of the Registrar;
(c) the Registrar as the representative of the wali; or
(d) the Wali Raja.
