PART IV - PENALTY AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION AND REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE
Section 35. Central Register.
(1) The Central Register shall be opened for examination to any applicant on payment of the prescribed fee.
(2) The Chief Registrar shall, on payment of the prescribed fee issue a certified copy of the entry endorsed with his signature and seal of office to the applicant.
