Warrant of Arrest

Section 75. Notifying substance of warrant.

The police officer or other person executmg a warrant of arrest shall notify the substance thereof to the person arrested and if so required shall show him the warrant or a copy thereof bearing the seal or stamp of the Court issuing the warrant.
