Section 64. Special Syariah Trial Court and Special Syariah Court of Appeal are in addition to the Syariah Courts

The Courts established under section 63 shall be addition to the Syariah courts established under the Administration of the Syariah Court Enactment 1982, and the provisions of that Enactment shall in appropriate matters apply to the Courts, unless they are in conflict with the provision of this Code or are not intended by the provisions of this Code.
