Section 59. Power to order further inquiry.

On examining the records as mentioned in section 58, the Syar'iah Appeal court or the Syar'iah High Court, as the case may be, may direct the Syar'iah High Court or the Syar'iah Subordinate Court, as the case may be, to make, and that Court shall make, such further inquiry as the directing Court may specify.
