Section 64. Power of Court to vary an agreement on hadhanah or maintenance of a child.

The Court may at any time vary the terms of an agreement on hadhanah or maintenance of a child regardless whether the agreement was made prior to or after the commencement of this Enactment and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the agreement, if the Court is satisfied that it is reasonable to do so and it is for the welfare of the child.
