PART V - MAWQUF


Section 17. Wakaf shares.

(1) The Majlis may offer wakaf shares of any property obtained or to be obtained by it to any person for such shares to be purchased which is subsequently endowed as a wakaf to the Majlis.

(2) Any property which is developed from any proceeds under subsection (1), shall be a wakaf am.
