Section 3. Saving of prerogative and powers of His Royal Higness.

Nothing in this Enactment contained shall derogate from or affect the prerogative rights and power of His Royal Highness the Sultan as the Head of the Religion of Islam in the State, as declared and set forth in the Laws of the Constitution of Terengganu.
