PART IV - REGISTRATION OF RELIGIOUS SCHOOL

Section 12. Registration.

(1) Subject to subsection (2) no person shall establish or set up any Religious School unless it is registered in accordance with the provisions of this Enactment.

(2) All Religious Schools which have been established before the coming into force of this Enactment shall be registered in accordance with the provisions of this Enactment within six months of the coming into force of this Enactment or any longer period as the Registrar may allow.
