Section 115. Annexure to the affidavit.

(1) A copy of any document to be used in relation to an affidavit shall be annexed to the affidavit as exhibit.

(2) Any exhibit to an affidavit shall be identified by a certificate of the person before whom the affidavit is affirmed and shall be in Form MS 27.
