Section 15. Application for divorce.
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Chapter, an application for divorce shall be made in accordance with section 44 of the Islamic Family Law Enactment 1984, and further proceedings in respect thereof be conducted in accordance with the provisions of that Enactment.
