Section 16. Disregard for days of great significance in Islam
Any person who disobeys the lawful order of His Royal Highness the Sultan in respect of the commencement of Ramadan or Hari Raya Aidilfitri or Hari Raya Aidiladha commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
