PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 116. Intentionally disobeying a maintenance order.
Without prejudice to the right of a person to enforce an order of maintenance made under the provisions of this Enactment or any other law the Court making the order may, if the order is intentionally disobeyed proceed to take steps as provided by the Islamic Civil Procedure Enactment 1979.
