Section 87. Supplementary estimate and excess expenditure.

The Majlis may at any time submit to Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan a supplementary estimate of expenditure in respect of the current year or at any time before the 31st day of March in any year, in respect of the preceding year, and the same may be approved or amended, and shall be published in the Gazette.
