PART III- SYAR'IAH COURTS General Provisions
Section 64. Seal.
(1) The Syar'iah Appeal Court, the Syar'iah High Court, and any Syar'iah Subordinate Court shall have
and use such seal or stamp as His Royal Highness the Sultan shall approve.
(2) All process of every Court shall issue under the seal or stamp of the Court and the signature of the appropriate Registrar.
