PART II - CREATION OF WAKAF
Section 8. Wakaf taklik.
(1) Any person may create wakaf taklik and shall come into effect only upon the happening of an event as stipulated by the waqif.
(2) If a wakaf taklik is stipulated to come into effect after the death of the waqif, the wakaf shall only be valid to the extend of one third of his property.
