CHAPTER 10 - GENERAL


Section 130. Reference.

(1) Any provisions or definition in this Enactment which is in conflict with Hukum Syarak is void to the extent of the conflict.

(2) If any matters are not provided for or any provisions in this Enactment not clearly stated, the court shall refer to the Hukum Syarak.
