PART III - REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE
Section 21. Registration.
(1) An Assistant Registrar shall forthwith register a marriage solemnized by him in the form provided.
(2) The form shall thereafter within seven days be forwarded to the Registrar who shall as soon as it is practicable, after entering the details of the said marriage in the District Register of Marriage, Divorce and Revocation (hereinafter called the "District Register") forward it to the Chief Registrar who shall as soon as it is practical enter the details in the Central Register of Marriage, Divorce and Revocation (hereinafter called the "Central Register.")
(3) On completion of the registration of a marriage and on payment of the prescribed fees the Registrar shall issue out a Certificate of Marriage, Divorce and Revocation (hereinafter called the "Certificate") as in the form provided to each of the parties to the marriage.
(4) The content of the Central Register and the District Register shall be in the form provided.
