PART XXX - MONIES, INVESTED FUNDS AND PROPERTY IN COURT
Section 221. Other property.
(1) All jewellery, securities and movable property (other than money and any deeds or documents required for the purposes of a trial) ordered to be deposited in Court shall be deposited in the State Treasury.
(2) Property so deposited and unclaimed after ten years shall be treated as invested funds under section 220 may subject thereto be sold by Majlis.
