PART III - EVIDENCE
Section 39. Proving an offence
(1) This Part shall apply for offences under this Code.
(2) The provisions under the Evidence Enactment of the Syariah Court 2002 [En. No 9/2002] shall apply to any matter which was not specifically provided in this Part.
(3) All offence under this Code whether hudud offences or qisas offences, shall be proved by oral testimonies or by confession made by the accused or syahadah of witness.
