PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 118. Failure to report a marriage in contravention of this Enactment.
A person having reason to believe that a marriage is void or that it is required to be registered had been solemnized contrary to the provisions of this Enactment, is guilty of an offence and may, on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding three hundred ringgit or to an imprisonment for a term not exceeding two months.
