Section 3. Saving of prerogative

Save as expressly provided in this Enactment, nothing contained in this Enactment shall derogate from or affect the rights and powers of the Duli Yang Maha Mulia Raja Pemerintah as the Head of the Religion of Islam in the State as declared and set forth in the Constitution of the State of Perlis.
