PART VII - OFFENCES

Section 198. Penalty for contravention of sections 167 and 168.

(1) Whoever contravenes section 167 or 168 commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding three years or with both.

(2) The Court may, subject to any fIghts of any third party, order the person convicted of an offence under section 167 (1) to demolish the building in question.
