PART X - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 42. Control of Majlis
The Majlis may take actions under any written law in force against any person whom without permission of the Majlis-
(a) enters, inhabits or occupies any
mawquf;
(b) erects, destroys or demolish any buildings or structures on any
mawquf;
(c) explores, puts up fence, ploughs, make enclosure, operates or cultivates on any
mawquf;
(d) destroys, takes, transfers or takes out any mawquf or any produce from any
mawquf;
(e) allows his cattle straying on the
mawquf
and damaging any plants or crops cultivated on the
mawquf;
or
(f) causes damage to any plants or crops cultivated on any
mawquf,
in any manner.
