Section 126. Interlocutory proceedings.
(1) The Court may, on the application of any party, make interim orders for the purpose of preserving any property in issue, or safeguarding the rights of any party, pending trial, or to facilitate the trial or hearing of the proceedings, and may permit amendmet of any proceedings or correction of any error, on such terms as may be just.
(2) An application under subsection (1) may be made orally, but any party affected thereby shall be given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
