PART XX - EXECUTION


Section 156. Special directions.

(1) The Court may, of its own motion or on the application of any party interested, give special directions to the bailiff concerning the performance of his duties as may be just.

(2) The Court may summon before it and examine any person able to give relevant information regarding any execution.
