PART VI - ISTIBDAL AND DEVELOPMENT OF MAWQUF

Section 20. Development of a mawquf which has been destroyed.

(1) Any mawquf which has been wholly or partly destroyed may be redeveloped from these sources—

(a) the income or proceeds of the particular mawquf;

(b) Wakaf Fund; or

(2) If a mawquf is wholly destroyed and had been redeveloped using the money from the Baitulmal, that property shall be deemed to be a wakaf.
