PART VII - GUARDIANSHIP Guardianship of Person and Property
Section 95. Removal of guardian.
The court may at any time and from time to time remove any guardian, whether a parent or otherwise and whether of the person or the property of the minor and may appoint another person to be the guardian in his place.
