PART XXX - MONIES, INVESTED FUNDS AND PROPERTY IN COURT
Section 220. Unclaimed funds.
(1) moneys in Court and uninvested which are unclaimed after six years, and invested funds in Court which are unclaimed after ten years, shall, unless the Court has notice of any pending claim thereto by an infant or person of unsound mind, become the property of the Baitulmal and shall in the next ensuing year be paid into Baitulmal.
(2) If any claim be subsequently made to such money or fund the Court may in its discretion pay the amount or value thereof to the claimant.
