PART XI - GENERAL
Section 124. Repeal.
(1) The Administration of Islamic Religious Affairs Enactment of the State of Penang 1993 [Enactment No. 7 of 1993] is repealed.
(2) Where any case or matter before any court is pending on the coming into force of this Enactment, the provisions of this Enactment shall apply in respect of the proceeding of such case or matter to the extent that is causes no injustice.
