PART IX - PLEADING
Section 58. Counterclaim.
(1) Every counterclaim shall contain the like matter and particulars as a statement of claim and shall be signed by the defendant or his solicitor.
(2) A counterclaim shall not be made against any person not than a party to the action, but if cross action is brought, an order for consolidation may be made in a proper case.
