Section 26. Qatl-al’amd
(1) Any person who causes the death of a person by doing an act with the intentionally causing death or bodily injury which in the ordinary course of nature is likely or sufficient to cause death; or by doing an act knowingly that his act is so imminently dangerous that it strongly in probability to cause death, is committing qatl al-‘amd.
(2) Any person who by doing an act with the intention or knowingly that the act is likely to cause death, unintentionally causes the death of any person or have no knowledge that it can cause a death, is also committing qatl-al-‘amd.
