Section 3. Saving of prerogative.
Nothing in this Enactment contained shall derogate from or affect the prerogative rights and powers of His Royal Highness the Sultan as the Head of the religion of Islam of the State as declared and set forth in the Laws of the Constitution 0 Pahang and the Federal Constitution.
