PART XXXI - COST, ALLOWANCES AND COURT FEES
Section 229. Subsistence and travelling allowances.
In addition to any of the allowances payable under section 227 and section 228 a party or witness may be allowed reasonable subsistence and travelling expenses in respect of his attendance at the trial or hearing.
