Process To Compel Appearance (Criminal Cases)

Section 68. Summons and service.

(1) Every summons to compel appearance issued by a Court under this Enactment shall be in writing and signed as provided in the prescrihed form and shall be sealed with the seal or stamp of the Court.

(2) Summonses shall orflinarily be served by a police officer, but the Court issuing a summons may, if it thinks fit, direct it to be served by any other person.
