Section 83. Burden of proving death of person kwnon to have been alive within 30 years.

Subject to the provlslOn of any other written law, when the question is whether a man is alive or dead, and there is evidence to indicate that he was alive within thirty years, the burden of proving that he is dead is on the person who affirms it.
