Section 26. Delegation of duties and powers.

(1) The majlis may, by resolution, and subject to such conditions and restrictions as the Majlis thinks fit, delegate to the President or the Secretary or to any committee the performance of any of its duties or the exercise of any of its powers.

(2) The performance of duties and the exercise of powers in pursuance of a delegation under subsection (1) shall be subject to the control and direction of the Majlis.

(3) The President, Secretary, or committee shall inform the Majlis of all acts and things done by him or it in pursuance of a delegation under subsection (1).
