Section 27. Form of summons.

(1) Every action shall be commenced by summons which shall be in Form 2.

(2) Statement of claim shall be endorsed on the back of the summons and shall comply with the requirements of section 55.

(3) Where, by reason of its length, it is impracticable to endorse the whole of the Statement of claim on the back of the summons the same may be continued in a separate sheet of paper attached to the summons.
