PART VII - OFFENCES

Section 214. Trespass to illegal occupation of. wakaf property.

(1) Whoever commits trespass to or illegally occupies any maukuf or takes away any income therefrom commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or with both.

(2) An order for the forfeiture of any thing found on the maukuf may be made las the Court thinks fit.
