Section 123. Open examination.

(1) A Judge may examine the witness openly the second time although the witness had been examined and found to be adil or the evidence had been admitted.

(2) Open examination shall be carried out by the following way-

(a) The witnesses are brought before a Judge in the presence of both parties to the proceeding and examine by the examiner; or

(b) The witnesses and both of the parties to the proceeding are sent to the examiner place and the witnesses are examined.
