PART XXV - OBJECTION PROCEEDINGS


Section 186. Objection.

Any person claiming any property seized in execution or attached by a bailiff may file an objection in Form 30 and shall serve the same on the bailiff and the execution creditor. No objection shall be valid unless served on the bailiff not later than the day before the sale.
