Section 121. Appeals
Any person aggrieved by any decision of any Court, any Sya’riah Judge, or any Registrar under this Enactment may appeal to the Appeal Committee in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Administration Enactment or in any other law relating to civil and criminal procedure in the Syar’iah Courts.
